ShieldDNS uses Android's VPN API locally on the device solely to filter DNS requests for ad and tracker blocking.

• All filtering happens locally on the device

3. Third-Party Services

ShieldDNS may use public DNS resolvers (such as Cloudflare or AdGuard) only to resolve allowed DNS queries. ShieldDNS does not log or store these queries.

4. Children's Privacy

ShieldDNS is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
